Admissions Administrator

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an Admissions 
Administrator to join our busy Administration team.

The job has responsibility for dealing with all aspects of the processes involved with new entrants to the school particularly in year 7 and year 12. The post holder is in most cases the first point of contact when dealing with enquiries from parents regarding entry to the school and therefore an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who can act as an ambassador is required. The post holder is also required to undertake general office duties; answering the telephone, working on reception, dealing with general enquiries etc

A team player who is able to liaise effectively with all school staff, work on their own initiative, demonstrate flexibility and be able to adapt to changing demands is essential.
Applicants should have excellent Microsoft skills and ideally a working knowledge of SIMS but training will be provided.

Full Time 37 hours a week, term time, plus 2 weeks holiday work, hours 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.  Salary Range point 26-28 (£23,398 - £24,964) pro rata dependent on experience.
